Wallapai, a people of the Mohave County area. A people that were connected as family to the Paiute, Havasupai, Hopi and Navajo (Navapai). A family of Huwal Tovokova, on the east side of the Hu- Ala pai Indian Reservation.

In past occurrences there were wars and there were Angels. There were stories of “God-Creator” maiding with his children, Mongoloid, Caucasoid and Negroid. There is a book telling of the water of the soul, the wondering water.

Some Native's honor the medicine wheel, of the colors of life. The colors of the angels that came to build a world of reality. A place that was supposed to be enjoyed by people, by the Creator, our father and his family.

An Uncle, of the Hu:Wa, told a story of the rainbow and what the medicine man used to reference the rainbow to, after the rain. As a family, we will always disagree. As a spirit, we will always represent the water of the soul. That comes before the gifting of physical beings. How we interpret this message is up to the messager. Like the runners who ran the message, to the people long ago.

Big Cry pic late 1800's- early 1900's donated by the Mohave Muesum.

As the “Aboriginal” lands where taken because of selfishness by a settler- fireman. Originally of Missouri. The settler  picked Wauba Yuma the Indian he would murder. On that day while Chief Wauba and his two sons where showing the agreement- treaty to the other travelers, settlers and natives. Which reference that the people had to be Unarmed. Wauba was murdered by that armed settler- Sam Miller. From that incident lead to the people losing everything that they knew as life. A God- Given land of the southwest- of Tucson Arizona to Ft Mojave and to the Canyon.

A’ Mohave elder shared, one day, while eating lunch at a Mexican restaurant in Parker Arizona. He shared his experience of life and running to get to where he needed to be. In some instances he said at times a hundred miles was what he ran.

As  Chemehuevi, long ago- Gud'uv. Fought for the land coming out of the Yucca area, in today's Havasu area. A place they call Ha: vasu’ landing, the blue, green water.

As the Yuman People have been sharing songs learned from generations of the old ones. A family of the He: la  Pa'a  and Ha'emte  Pa'a of Wallapai people of Mađwiđa. The Hu- ala- Pai of  Huwal Tovokova

As the Pai and Upland Pai and Yuman, will always fly together as a family of eagles. We will always be the Mountain People of “Ame”- Rica.
