Tribes Can Consult with Dept of Ed, Dept of Interior & NCAI on Educational Grants

The U.S. Department of Education (ED), in coordination with the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), will host two virtual Tribal Consultations on ED’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 grantmaking priorities and FY 2028 budget priorities.

These consultations provide an opportunity for Tribal leaders to help inform federal grantmaking and budget decisions affecting American Indian, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian communities.

Individual registration is required for each participant. Registration links cannot be transferred or shared. Both consultations are closed to the press.
