The County Board of Supervisors met on March 12,2024, at 1600 Pacific Highway, San Diego, CA, to discuss the current situation affecting victims of the recent flood disasters. In attendance were powerhouses Nora Vargas, Monica Montgomery Steppe and Tara Reemer, who covered everything from emergency services, women’s rights, and community safety.
San Diego Neighborhood Coalition's Kevin Arnold spoke in agreement with the motion to allow hotel vouches for the immediate needs of the flood victims. We are so thankful to show support for leadership that performs at optimal levels for real community resolve. Prayers go out to the restorers of housing and business during this time.
