We’re honored to invite BIPOC philanthropic professionals to the 2025 Heal With Us Healing Summit — a virtual half-day of renewal, rest, and reconnection — on October 21, 2025 (12–4 PM ET).
Since our inaugural Heal With Us Summit in 2020, more than 300 funders, community members, and others have joined us to pause, grieve, and gather strength in our healing experiences. Each Healing Summit experience is unique; however, we’ve seen consistent feedback about the outcomes: participants share that they feel that they have been gifted the space to exhale.
This Healing Summit offers a rare opportunity to be in community with others who intimately understand the dual burden of stewarding resources for equity while navigating systemic racism with philanthropy itself. By gathering funders and healers, Summits help participants reconnect with ancestral knowledge, spiritual grounding, and collective vision - allowing us to reclaim our power and purpose.
Healing isn’t a detour from systems change—it’s the foundation. Our Summits affirm that tending to trauma, burnout, and grief - while also making space for joy - is essential for sustaining leadership and impact.
